We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ”The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations” all passengers booking with Skywizard.co.uk are fully protected for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. Skywizard.co.uk website. Our website, (mobile or tablet applications), or any other feature available on our website is designed to be user-friendly, informative and secure. Our website provided is solely to assist users of our website in gathering travel news and information – determining the availability of flights, making legitimate bookings or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers. Our website is intended only for personal use, not for commercial use. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Sky Wizard” refer to Midlands Travel Ltd. “You”, “yours”, “customer” and “customers” refers to you as the visitor or user of the website and booking a reservation on our website, or through our customer service agents. We request you to please bookmark this page to check updated terms and conditions in regular interval of time as these terms of use can be revised or changed at any time without prior notice.

Our website is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”). Please take a close look at these terms of use, as they contain important information about limitations and liabilities and solution of disputes through arbitration rather than in the court. You should also read our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of services on our website or contacting our call centre agents, you agree that the Terms of Use then in force shall apply. Contract

When you choose to use our site to book a flight, you’ll also be entering into a contract with the specific travel vendor. This might be the airline company, hotel manager, or travel agency that accepted your flight’s direct booking. These service providers’ own terms and conditions apply, which are not covered by our policy papers. When you book your flight through us, we won’t be held liable for their terms and conditions, thus we advise you to carefully review their regulations. You could ask the relevant supplier for a copy of their separate policy documents if you can’t find them.

Booking

When you buy a flight, you provide us your information, and we believe that everything you inform us is true to the best of your knowledge. You must make sure the reservation information for your flight is valid and accurate on your end as well. After the flight booking procedure is complete, we do not accept any booking modifications. If such changes are allowed, there can be charges associated with implementing them.

From our end, we will be confirming your personal as well as your booking details with the relevant service provider for weeding out any discrepancy. Where you come across any issue related to your booking details, you must notify us about the same at the earliest. All flight tickets issued by us are non-transferable, non-changeable and non-refundable, unless mentioned otherwise.

Where required, we may pass on your information that you share with us to the concerned authorities that include custom and immigration officials. This may cover your sensitive information pertaining to your religious affiliation, diet or disability. Further, investigation or security officials may ask us to share your booking information.

Please note here that your personal details will not be given to any third party without your prior consent. In case you are travelling to the United States, customs or border protection officials may ask us to share your information for prevention or investigation of terror and cyber-related crimes. You may place a request with your concerned service provider for a copy of documents entailing complete information related to your data protection.

Booking Confirmation

We will be confirming your flight prices while processing your fight reservation. For issues related to payment or transaction process, we will intimate you immediately via e-mail or telephone. You can expect your confirmed flight ticket within 24 hours after booking confirmation.

Baggage

Baggage charges depend on factors like travel class, cabin type, flight route and other special requirements that you request with the airline you are flying with. Please note that the airline will levy extra charges for special services, additional baggage and check-in baggage. For latest directives related to baggage limits and baggage charges, you may visit the website of the concerned airline.

We expect you to arrive at the airport on time in order to avoid last-minute hassles associated with airport formalities. In case you fail to abide by the norms for flight boarding as directed by the airline, a “No-Show” will be marked against your flight ticket. Further, they will not entertain any refund or changes for your travel arrangements. Make sure that you have the passport, visa and other travel documents handy while boarding your flight.

Payment

We expect our customers to pay in full or part (where permitted) for flight bookings. If you are making only a partial payment for your arrangement, you will be required to make the remaining payment on or before the due date. Where you fail to make the payment on time, the airline will have the prerogative to cancel your booking which may further involve cancellation charges in accordance with their terms of use.

Tickets

Ticket category for your flight reservation depends on the travel route and the airline with which the ticket is being booked. Most of the airlines now readily issue electronic tickets. skywizard.co.uk will issue e-tickets if the itinerary permits the same. Paper tickets are generally issued for chartered flights and are sent through regular postal service.

Non-Delivery or Non-Receipt of Tickets:

In case you do not receive the paper ticket or e- ticket, you must inform us about the same at the earliest. Further, it will not be our responsibility if you do not receive your e-ticket due to your junk mail settings or where you have provided a wrong e-mail address.

Airline Ticket Refunds

An administration fee of £50 per ticket will be levied for airline ticket returned for compensation regardless of the total number of tickets being returned. Further, cancellation charges will be levied by the airline or the consolidator in line with their respective terms and conditions.

Your ticket will be deemed as completely non-refundable if the flight fare is less than the administration fee applicable for the refund process. Then there are administration charges of £50 per ticket applicable for tax refund application which will be furnished from our end at your request. We won’t release the refund money until we receive the same from the concerned airline or the travel consolidator. Normally, it takes about 8-10 weeks from the day of submission of refund request to the concerned airline or the consolidator.

Your Payment Protection

We ensure a protected payment gateway for all the Flights and Holiday Packages that you book with us. They are protected by SSL encryption and we have an authorized certification to validate the same. This way all the transactions and purchases that you make on our website are fully PCI compliant making them 100% safe & secure.

We help you secure your payments with Secure SSL Booking gateway and you will receive all the elements covered under the terms of payment protection. You may ask our agents for SSL certification for any further information regarding the same. This protection is provided primarily to customers who book and make payments for their travel arrangements in the UK.

Bookings Made Online

As you book your tickets online, you will be required to enter all the necessary details. Every online booking will be automatically processed and it will be your complete responsibility to ensure that all the details shared with us, including but not limited to travel information, is correct to the best of your knowledge; that you have chosen the right flight, hotel, or any other special travel arrangement; that your data is entered accurately and is the same as that printed on your passport.

We won’t be liable for any discrepancy in any information that you have entered online or share with us. You must agree to the fact that any error while entering the data or while choosing your travel arrangements could result in extra charges. Where you use a credit/debit card for making your payment, kindly ensure that the card is issued in your name or if you are using a card of a third-party, then you have his due authorization to use the card. There must be sufficient funds in the debit/credit card to cover the entire cost of the package and additional travel arrangements. As we accept your travel booking, we will process the same depending on the availability, and debit the required payment from your respective account. After this, we will send you a confirmation e-mail along with a copy of invoice to your registered e-mail address. We do not provide any guarantee or representation for the availability of any particular holiday package, flight or any individual element. Our online booking service is protected against any malware or infectious virus.

Bookings Made Through Telephone

As you make a booking via telephone, you will be expected to share all the necessary details as required. Do ensure that every piece of information that you share with us is complete and accurate. If you use a debit/credit card for making the payment for your booking, then make sure that the card is issued in your name. Where you use a card of a third-part card owner, you must have the complete

authority to use the card to make the payment. The card that you use for your booking must have enough funds for the complete payment as well as any additional arrangements. Telephone booking confirmation holds the same authority as that of a written format.

We cannot guarantee availability of any particular package, flight, or individual element until your booking gets confirmed after you make the complete payment. After we accept your booking, we will process the same from our end and deduct the total fare from your account. Henceforth, cancellation charges will apply. Thereafter, we will send a confirmation e-mail along with your ticket(s) and a copy of invoice to your registered e-mail address. As you receive our mail, verify your invoice and ticket details for any discrepancy, and in case you come across any such issues, bring the same to our notice at the earliest. After completion of your booking process, any king of booking changes will entail additional charges along with the service and administration fees as levied by the concerned service supplier.

Flight Cancellations

All airline tickets sold on Sky Wizard (Midlands Travel Ltd) are non-refundable. Where particular airline allows booking cancellation, you will be given a credit which you may redeem for your future reservation. However, the booking will be valid only for the same airline and you will be required to pay the fare difference (if any) and other fees as applicable to the booking. The credit must be redeemed with the stipulated period of time. You could place your cancellation request with our customer service agents and must make it before your flight departure time. We cannot guarantee the possibility of any booking cancellation and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee which may be up to £100 to be paid at the time of booking cancellation. Sky Wizard (Midlands Travel Ltd) retains this cancellation fee. Your credit will be available for a limited time period. We expect you to inquire the concerned agent for the time before which it must be redeemed. Your failure to use your credit before the specified date may lead to forfeiture of the credit amount. You will be required to the airline fees and fare difference (if any) for your new booking. Apart from it, you will also have to pay the Sky Wizard (Midlands Travel Ltd) Exchange fees. These provisions for booking changes are governed as per the rules and regulations of the airline. Sky Wizard (Midlands Travel Ltd) cannot give any assurance on changes or fees. There is no additional representation for the Ticket Exchange fees as applicable from our end. However, our agents will guide you with finding new flights and try re-booking a new flight on the basis of availability and other factors.

Refund

In case you have applied for the refund, there’s no specific time period within which we can guarantee your refund to be processed. We accept refund requests only on REQUEST basis. For the current status regarding your refund request, you may call us 72 hours after placing your request. After the re-confirmation of your refund request process, it may take another 8 to 10 weeks for the funds to reflect on your debit or credit card. You may also go through all the relevant provisions of our Terms and Conditions, particularly “Flight Cancellations”, “Changes to Flights Already Purchased”, “Human Error or Customer Service Agent’s Error”, “Hotel Reservations Rules and Regulations”, “Itinerary Re-confirmation” and “Changes and Cancellations”, etc.

International Travel

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you or traveler’s travel document meet the foreign country entry requirements, such as passport and visas (transit, business, tourist, and otherwise), are in order and any other foreign entry requirements are fulfilled. Sky Wizard has no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements or travel documents. We request travelers to review the travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, restrictions, and any advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations.

Passports and Visas – You or traveler must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Entry requirements may change at any time and you should check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. We accept no liability if you refused entry onto a flight or into any country due your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries you may just be transiting through. This includes all stops made by the aircraft, even if you do not leave the aircraft or airport.

ETA FOR CANADA

Travelers from The United Kingdom (UK) traveling to Canada are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) before their trip, unless they hold a valid Canadian visa. The eTA is an electronic document linked to your passport and is valid for multiple entries into Canada for up to five years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.

To apply for an eTA, you can visit the official Government of Canada website (https://www.canada.ca/eta) and complete the online application form. You will need your passport, a valid email address, and a credit card to pay the application fee.

Please note that entry requirements and policies can change over time, so it’s important to verify the latest information by visiting the official website mentioned above or contacting the Canadian embassy or consulate in the UK.

It’s also worth noting that if you plan to enter Canada by land or sea, the eTA is not required. However, you will need to present the necessary travel documents, such as your passport, at the port of entry.

ESTA FOR USA

Travelers from The United Kingdom (UK) traveling to or transit through USA may require an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) before their trip, unless they hold a valid United States of America visa, is applicable for citizens of countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) who wish to travel to the United States for tourism or business purposes for a stay of up to 90 days.

However, please note that entry requirements and policies can change over time. It’s essential to consult the official U.S. government sources for the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding ESTA and travel requirements.

Additionally, it’s always recommended to check with the U.S. embassy or consulate in your home country for the latest information and guidance on travel requirements to the United States.

  • Health – Recommended vaccination for travel may change and you should consult your doctor for current recommendations before your departure. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all the health entry requirements, obtain the recommended inoculations, take all recommended and necessary medication, and follow all medical advice in relation to your travel.
  • Disinsection – In spite it’s not common, most countries have the right to disinsect aircraft. Disinsection is permitted under international law in order to protect public health, agriculture and the environment. The World Health Organization and the International Civil Aviation Organization stipulate two approaches for aircraft disinsection – (1) spray the aircraft cabin with an aerosolized insecticide while passengers are on board or (2) spray or treat the aircraft’s interior surfaces with a residual insecticide (residual method) while passengers are not on board. BY OFFERING RESERVATIONS OR TRAVEL PRODUCTS IN PARTICULAR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, SKYWIZARD DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH AREAS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

PRICES

All the fares displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Airfare is only guaranteed once the transaction has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel service providers may change their prices without notice.

Once user-submitted their payment information, the user should receive an email titled with “Booking Notification” from us or the applicable travel service provider. User’s booking notification may provide the user with a confirmation number before a purchase has been completed and before a ticket has been issued. If this is the case, the boking process is not complete and the fare is subject to change until a ticket is issued by a user air carrier.

If a fare increase occurs after you have made a reservation that affects user travel package, we will inform the user about the increase in fare before taking any further actions. However, no price change will affect user travel package once the booking is finalized or ticketed.

Pricing is displayed in USD currency only.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking that has been accepted the booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion.

The date applied on the date of issuance of the ticket is only valid for a ticket fully utilized and in the sequential order of flight segments on the dates indicated. Improper use of the ticket may result in the void the ticket and result in cancellation of the whole trip.

Overbooking of Flights

Airline flights may be overbooked, and there is a small possibility that a seat will not be available on a flight for which the passenger has the confirmed booking. Each Airline has its own rules to tackle with such scenarios, which are contained in the airline’s contract of carriage. Check with the airline for more details.

Airline Schedule Change

If there are any changes to flight schedules, including flight cancellations, due to a number of reasons, including bad weather, mechanical issues, crew issues and civil unrest. Schedule changes can also include the change to your original flight from a direct non-stop itinerary to include a stop(s) and/or connection(s) to your final destination. Please note that all schedule changes stem from the airlines directly.

Whenever there is schedule change including cancellations occur, we do our best to inform our customers of any changes in their trip Itinerary, by phone and email to assist them by providing available options based on airline guidelines. However, sometimes the airline not able to provide any advance notice of the changes and cancellation. For this reason, it is your responsibility to confirm your flight with us or the airline 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure, as well as 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight date to safeguard against any potential missed flights.

However, if you don’t find out about the schedule changes, including cancellations until 24 hours prior to departure or if you’re already at the airport, or you are in between flights, we strongly suggest our customers to get in touch directly with airline staff to understand your options for alternative transportation, as they are better placed to facilitate an efficient and expeditious solution. Please note that in some cases, especially during bad weather, your option may be limited.

Future Travel Credits

A “Future Travel Credit” is a credit that may be issued by an airline that can be redeemed, subject to specific terms and conditions, with that airline for future travel within a limited period of timeframe and usage restrictions. Any Future Travel Credits, if any, will be issued to you directly from the applicable airline and are subject to your acceptance of certain terms and conditions required by that airline. Such terms and conditions include, but are not limited to:

  • Future travel credits are subject to the airlines fare rules and your ticket restrictions.
  • Future travel credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another traveler. When the credit is redeemed, it must be used by the same person whose name appears on the original ticket.
  • Future travel credits are only applicable with the airline originally used to book your initial ticket.
  • If a future travel credit is applicable, depending on the airline fare rules and your ticket restrictions, it may be used towards the value of a new ticket which must be of equal or higher value.
  • It must be reissued and used within the time period permitted by the original rules of the airline through which the passenger booked its ticket.

In addition, additional fees, the difference in fare and routing restrictions may apply.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: SEATS, MEALS AND FREQUENT FLYER

Please note that requesting specific seats, meals, frequent flyers etc. are requests only. The airline reserves the right to make revisions to the seat allocation without notification. All requests should be confirmed with the airline and we cannot guarantee that passengers will be assigned the seats they’ve requested. Furthermore, we are unable to promise that your meal/frequent flyer/other special requests will be confirmed by the airline in question. It’s your responsibility to contact the airline you’ve booked with to confirm the requests you’ve made.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

Tickets will not be sold directly to unaccompanied minors age 12 and under. Each airline sets its own policies and regulations for children traveling without adult supervision. Some airlines may not allow unaccompanied minors to travel without an adult. Some airlines will only allow unaccompanied minors to travel on non-stop flights. Many airlines may require additional fees to be paid at check-in. You must contact the specific airline to verify rules and restrictions for an unaccompanied minor traveling alone.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD CHARGEBACKS

A Credit/Debit card chargeback occurs after a cardholder initiates a merchant dispute with their issuing bank, then the issuing bank will chargeback the transaction being disputed to Midlands Travel LTD and the cardholder’s account is credited. In all cases, Sky Wizard encourages you to call us prior to disputing a charge with your Credit/Debit card company so we may discuss and answer any questions or concerns you may have about our charges. We also reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that it believes is improper and fully cancel any travel booking in the event of a chargeback related to that booking, as described more fully below:

  • Chargeback resulting from non-refundable/cancellable bookings in the event that Midlands Travel LTD or the travel Service Provider cannot provide a refund, whether or not the booking is used.
  • Disputes resulting from charges authorized by family, friend, associates or other third parties with direct access to you, the User’s, Credit/Debit card.
  • Chargebacks arising from the Travel Service Provider’s failure to deliver a product or

service in a manner that’s consistent with the Travel Service Provider’s product

Disputes resulting from unavoidable catastrophes or other circumstances that are beyond the limit of SkyWizard.co.uk

For greater certainty, we may, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, use information relating to you, including recordings of customer service calls, to dispute chargeback claims from you.

Use of our website

As a condition of your use of our website, call centre agents, and other products and service offered by Sky Wizard, including any content (together “services”), you warrant that:

  1. You should at least 18 years of age;
  2. You should possess the authority to engage in a legal binding obligation;
  3. You will use our website in accordance with these terms and conditions of use;
  4. you will only use our website to make legitimate bookings for you or for a third person for whom you are authorized to act;
  5. You have to inform such other person about the terms of use that apply to the travel reservations that you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto;
  6. All the information provided by you on our website should be true, accurate, current and complete; and
  7. If you have a Skywizard.co.uk account, you will solely safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of the account by you or anyone other.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to our website and the services that we are providing, at any time & for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these terms of use.

Prohibited Activities

All the content and information available on our website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services) as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us and our suppliers or providers. We allow you to make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or service reservations booked through our

website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through our website. Additionally, you agree not to:

  1. use skywizard.co.uk content and information for any commercial purpose;
  2. make any false, speculative or fraudulent booking or any booking in anticipation of demand;
  3. access, monitor or copy any content or information on our website using any robot, spider, scrapper or any other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written authorization;
  4. breach the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on our website or bypass or avoid other measures implemented to prevent or limit access to the website;
  5. take any actions that may exploit, in our discretion, an unreasonable massive load on our infrastructure;
  6. link to any portion of the website (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without our written authorization;
  7. “frame”, “replicate” or otherwise, engulf any part of our website into any other website without our written authorization.

If your booking, reservation or account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, Skywizard may cancel that travel or services or reservation associated with your name, email address or account, and close any associated Skywizard accounts for the future. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, the organization reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions and you may be liable for monetary losses to Skywizard, including litigation cost and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team.

Skywizard.co.uk authorize User(you) a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access or use our website only as expressly permitted in these terms and conditions. Except for this limited license, we don’t grant you any other rights with respect to our website; any rights or license not expressly granted herein are reserved.
